Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the product RoomAvailabilityM365 (the “Product”) provided by RoomAvailabilityM365 (“Vendor”, “we”, “us”).

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Description

RoomAvailabilityM365 is a SharePoint Online widget (SPFx web part) that displays meeting room availability based on Microsoft 365 data.

The Product is delivered as a digital package, which may include:

• SharePoint package file (.sppkg)
• Documentation
• Optional source code (depending on license type)

2. License

Upon purchase, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product under the following conditions:

• The license is valid for one (1) Microsoft 365 tenant
• The Product may be deployed within the customer organization
• The Product may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed
• The Product may not be shared outside the licensed organization

3. Restrictions

The customer agrees NOT to:

• Resell or distribute the Product
• Use the Product as part of a competing commercial offering
• Remove or alter any branding or ownership identifiers
• Use the Product for unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain the property of the Vendor.

This includes:

• source code
• design
• documentation
• branding

Purchase of the Product does not transfer ownership, only a usage license.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”.

The Vendor makes no guarantees regarding:

• uninterrupted operation
• compatibility with all environments
• absence of errors or bugs

The customer is responsible for testing the Product before production use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Vendor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages
• The Vendor’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product

7. Updates and Support

The Product may be updated at the Vendor’s discretion.

Response times and support scope are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Digital products are non-refundable
• Refunds may be granted at the Vendor’s discretion

9. Termination

The license may be terminated if the customer violates these Terms.

Upon termination:

• The customer must stop using the Product
• The Product must be removed from active systems

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of: Czech Republic
