Product

• No personal data is collected or stored by the widget
• The widget uses Microsoft Graph free/busy data only
• Meeting titles and sensitive content are not processed or stored

3. Data Processing

The Product operates entirely within the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant.

All data processing is performed through:

• Customer's SharePoint Online environment
• Microsoft Graph API

No data is transmitted to or stored by RoomAvailabilityM365 servers.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy may collect personal data such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Billing details

5. Data Storage

We do not store customer data related to the Product.

All meeting and room availability data remains within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant.

6. Security

The Product relies on Microsoft 365 security, including:

• Microsoft Entra ID authentication
• Tenant-level permissions
• SharePoint Online security model

7. GDPR Compliance

As a provider, we act as a software vendor.

The customer acts as the data controller of any data processed within their Microsoft 365 tenant.

8. Third-Party Services

The Product depends on:

• Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online)
• Microsoft Graph API
• Lemon Squeezy (payments)
